Fromme.cc Update: Worldwide Shipping Rate Calculations, Shipment Limit Validation, Dashboard Enhancements, and Waybill Improvements

Published September 2026. This release adds shipping rate calculations for countries outside the EU, enhanced dimension and weight limit validation, and key usability updates across the account, customer dashboard, system notifications, and waybills.
We are constantly improving the Fromme.cc online system to give greater clarity and control over shipments — for both private customers and businesses. With this update, we are expanding our geographic capabilities while introducing targeted platform improvements that make everyday tasks easier.

Shipping Rates for Countries Outside the EU

One of the most significant updates in this release is the geographic expansion of our shipping calculator.
Customers can now calculate shipping costs for routes that involve countries outside the European Union. When preparing a shipment estimate, countries on all continents can now be chosen as either the origin or destination country.
This enhancement allows customers to explore a broader range of international shipping possibilities directly within Fromme.cc and plan logistics more effectively when working with destinations beyond the EU market.

End-to-end shipment processing for these new routes, starting with cost calculation and continuing through pickup scheduling, online payment, shipping request, and waybill generation, is already under development and is planned for release later this year.

Using Contract Rates and Promo Codes

As a reminder, contract customers can easily access their individual pricing directly in the Fromme.cc:

  • Direct Contract Pricing: If you have an active contract with UPS ASC, you can request an exclusive discount promo code from sales representative.
  • Instant Re-calculation: Enter your code on Step 2 (Services) during the shipment process, and the system will automatically re-calculate rates according to your agreed contract conditions.
  • Automatic Welcome Bonus: If you do not have a contract with UPS ASC, no promo code is required — Fromme.cc automatically applies our standard Welcome Bonus discount to almost all shipping destinations.

To help customers prepare shipments more accurately, we have improved the way shipment dimensions, weight, and declared value requirements are presented throughout the shipping process.
When shipment characteristics exceed the supported limits for a selected service, the system now provides clearer guidance and informative messages. This helps customers better understand available options before proceeding, resulting in a smoother and more confident shipping experience.
The result is a smoother experience with greater confidence when entering shipment information.

More Informative Shipping Steps

Good communication is an important part of every successful shipment. In this release, we reviewed and improved a variety of texts, confirmations, and informational messages across the online system.

Emails sent to both customers and customer support now have now have a clearer structure, making it easier to find the relevant shipment information and ensure that it reaches the appropriate recipient.

Upgraded Customer Dashboard

Managing shipments and payments is now even more convenient thanks to several improvements in the customer dashboard.

Clearer View of Shipment Details

Shipment and account data are now displayed in a clearer and more user-friendly format. Improved table layouts make it easier to review shipment records and find important details quickly.

More Complete Payment Information

The dashboard now provides more comprehensive payment information for each shipment, giving customers greater visibility over transaction history and shipment-related charges.

Faster Search Experience

Finding shipments has become easier thanks to improved search functionality. Searches now work regardless of whether the entered text uses uppercase or lowercase letters, helping customers locate records more quickly and efficiently.

Waybill Improvements


We have also made several small improvements to the readability of waybills, including better layout for:

  • multi-package shipments
  • longer delivery or collection addresses

As a result, shipment documentation is more consistent and easier to work with throughout the delivery process.
