It is important to provide accurate details of the sender and recipient! Correctly filling in the fields contributes to timely and accurate delivery.

Minor typos in the address or recipient's name will not delay the parcel en route, but serious errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information may lead to longer delivery times or the parcel being returned.
  • Street address — street, house number, apartment or office number. Use the full local names of toponyms; do not translate them!  Do not use diacritical marks, only Latin letters! Do not include information about floors, door codes, etc. 
  • Full name or Company name — full name of the recipient and sender; full name of the recipient’s and sender’s company.
  • Contact name — full first and last name of the contact person for deliveries to a company.
  • Phone — phone number in international format with country code.
  • E-mail — correct email address.

Payment

Verification and confirmation of shipment details. Special attention must be paid to checking the provided information to avoid errors!
  • Check the shipment details: the weight of the package and the route — where it is being sent from and to. 
  • Make sure the selected service type is correct: the rate and estimated delivery date are indicated. If you need to make changes, you can go back one step and choose a different service option.
  • Select the method of parcel delivery: drop off the parcel yourself at UPS or schedule a courier pickup.
  • Check the total cost of the shipment.
