It is important to provide accurate details of the sender and recipient! Correctly filling in the fields contributes to timely and accurate delivery.
Minor typos in the address or recipient's name will not delay the parcel en route, but serious errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information may lead to longer delivery times or the parcel being returned.

- Street address — street, house number, apartment or office number. Use the full local names of toponyms; do not translate them! Do not use diacritical marks, only Latin letters! Do not include information about floors, door codes, etc.
- Full name or Company name — full name of the recipient and sender; full name of the recipient’s and sender’s company.
- Contact name — full first and last name of the contact person for deliveries to a company.
- Phone — phone number in international format with country code.
