We recently identified and fixed an issue related to driver booking that, in certain situations, could prevent an order from being completed.
As a result, some users may have encountered situations where the shipment creation process stopped before completion.
With the fix now in place, the shipment creation process will continue through to completion. If an error occurs when calling the driver booking UPS Pickup API, it will no longer stop the shipment creation process.
